Refund and Returns Policy

1. No Unconditional Refunds

All payments made to Blueseas Commodities Limited for services, subscriptions, or digital products are final and non-refundable, except as expressly required by applicable Kenyan law.


2. Service-Based Refunds

  • Refunds are not available once service delivery has commenced (e.g., consultancy, advisory, training, or digital solutions).
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all service details and ensuring accuracy before confirming orders.
  • Any advance payment made to secure a service is non-refundable.

3. Digital Products & Subscriptions

  • All digital goods, licenses, or subscriptions are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, activated, or accessed.
  • Subscription fees are billed as agreed and are not refundable if a client cancels mid-term.

4. Exceptions (Company Discretion)

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Blueseas Commodities Limited. Such cases may include:

  • Failure to deliver a contracted service due to reasons solely attributable to the company.
  • Technical errors that prevent access to a purchased digital product.

5. Processing of Approved Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 business days and returned to the original payment method used.
  • Any administrative, transaction, or processing fees incurred are non-refundable.

6. Company’s Right to Refuse

Blueseas Commodities Limited reserves the absolute right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.


7. Governing Law

This Refund and Returns Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from it will be handled exclusively within Kenyan jurisdiction.
